Mentor Soccer Club is exclusively a volunteer organization.  Although it has now grown to serve 1,100 children, it has historically been run by a relatively small number of volunteers, with each volunteer typically doing a large amount of work.  This approach has invariably led to a cycle of volunteers overloading, "burning out", and eventually dropping out as volunteers.

We are moving the club in a different and much better direction, by getting more volunteers involved, but each doing a smaller amount of work.

What does this "new direction" imply?  It means we need more volunteers.  We are looking for people who can help out and get things done, and also communicate and work together.  Most importantly, we are looking for people who want to make Mentor Soccer Club a better club for everyone.

The end result will be a better and stronger club where more can be accomplished and we can improve the experience for our 1,100 children, their parents, and our volunteers.
